🏠 1. Customer Responsibility for Workspace Clearness
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to clear out all personal items, furniture, clothing, and obstructions surrounding the air vents, return grills, and HVAC systems prior to our technicians’ arrival. Workspaces must be completely accessible to ensure safe, unobstructed mobile operations and avoid any potential moisture exposure risks to personal property.
🛡️ 2. Strict Disclaimer for Pre-Existing Conditions
Brew Air Therapy LLC specializes strictly in specialized, non-mechanical HVAC hygiene, deep system decontamination, and airflow optimization. We explicitly disclaim all liability and release the business from responsibility regarding any pre-existing mechanical faults, electrical issues, structural component degradation, or unsealed window/wall units discovered or occurring during services.
💧 3. Fluid Application & Water Runoff Release
Our deep cleaning procedures utilize chemical washing and controlled fluid applications on system coils. Responsibility for the structural integrity of pre-existing system drainage channels, condensation pans, overflow routing lines, and unit weather seals remains solely with the client. Brew Air Therapy LLC is not liable for incidental fluid pooling, runoff, or water-related degradation resulting from underlying line blockages or structural faults.
💼 4. Funding, Pricing & Payment Execution
All specialized project chemicals, supplies, and high-performance insulation sealants require full, non-refundable upfront material funding before operational work begins. Standard service fees are billed directly from our master rate sheet: residential accounts require full payment strictly upon completion of the job, while approved commercial accounts are subject to fixed corporate Net 15 terms.
