Twice-a-year professional dryer vent cleaning — one visit every 6 months — for one flat $180/year (plus applicable Ohio sales tax). Every visit covers the lint trap area, the full interior dryer vent line, and the exterior exhaust hood. No upsells, ever.

Pricing

  • $180/year for your first dryer vent (plus Ohio sales tax)

  • Founding Members: the first 25 members lock the $180 rate for 3 years

That works out to $90 per visit — $18 off the regular $99 one-time rate.

Terms and Conditions — Breath Clean Plan

Effective October 2026. By enrolling, the customer (“you”) agrees to the following with Brew Air Therapy LLC (“we”).

1. The service. Two (2) dryer vent cleanings per twelve (12) month term, approximately six (6) months apart. Each cleaning covers the lint trap area, interior dryer vent line, and exterior exhaust hood. Cleaning only — no repairs, parts, replacements, or mechanical work of any kind.

2. Price. $180.00 per year for one dryer vent, plus applicable Ohio sales tax. Each additional dryer vent: $150.00/year plus tax. Founding Members (first 25 subscribers): the $180 rate is locked for three (3) years from signup as long as the subscription stays continuous.

3. Payment and auto-renewal. Your card on file is charged once a year on your enrollment anniversary date. We will text you 14 days before every renewal charge. The plan renews automatically each year until you cancel.

4. No refunds. All payments are final and non-refundable. If you cancel in the middle of a term, no partial refund is issued for remaining months or unbooked cleanings. The single exception: if you cancel within 3 days of a renewal charge and no cleaning has been performed yet under that renewal, we will refund that charge in full.

5. Cancellation. Cancel anytime by calling or texting (440) 305-0071 — no retention calls, no hoops. Cancellation stops all future renewal charges. Any cleanings remaining in the current paid term will still be honored through the end of that term.

6. Scheduling and access. We contact you to schedule each cleaning. You must provide access to the dryer, the full dryer vent line, and the exterior exhaust hood on the appointment day. One free reschedule per visit with at least 24 hours notice. A missed appointment with no notice forfeits the free reschedule, and a $25 trip fee applies to rebook that visit.

7. Service area. Lake County, Ohio and surrounding areas as listed on brewairtherapy.com. If you move outside the service area, cancel anytime — future renewals stop, but the current term is not refunded.

8. If we discontinue the plan. If Brew Air Therapy LLC discontinues the Breath Clean Plan or can no longer service your area, we will refund the unused portion of your current term on a pro-rata basis (by whole months remaining).

9. Referral credits. $20 credit for each friend who enrolls on your referral, applied to your next renewal. Credits have no cash value and cannot exceed the renewal amount.

10. Price changes. Rates may change with at least 30 days notice before your renewal date — except Founding Member locks, which hold until their 3-year lock expires. You may cancel before any new rate takes effect and pay nothing further.

11. Liability. This is a cleaning service only. We are not liable for pre-existing dryer vent damage, building code violations discovered during cleaning, or conditions arising after service is completed. Brew Air Therapy LLC carries $1M in commercial general liability insurance.

12. Chargebacks. Filing a payment dispute on a valid charge instead of contacting us to cancel terminates the plan immediately, with no refund and no remaining cleanings honored.

13. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
