Pricing

$550/year per unit (plus applicable Ohio sales tax).

That works out to $275 per visit — $50 off the regular $325 combo rate.

Filter add-on: standard 1-inch filter replacement during a plan visit, $25 flat. Odd-size, specialty, or thick filters quoted on site.

Bundle: add the Breath Clean Plan and get both for $699/year.

Terms and Conditions — Coil Care Plan

Effective October 2026. By enrolling, the customer (“you”) agrees to the following with Brew Air Therapy LLC (“we”).

  1. The service. Two (2) professional furnace & coil cleanings per twelve (12) month term — one in spring, one in fall. Each cleaning includes full blower wheel extraction, fan assembly clean-out, and cabinet debris removal. Cleaning only — no repairs, parts, replacements, or mechanical work of any kind.
  2. Price. $550.00 per year per unit, plus applicable Ohio sales tax. That works out to $275 per visit — $50 off the regular $325 one-time combo rate.
  3. Filter add-on. Standard 1-inch filter replacement during a plan visit: $25 flat. Odd-size, specialty, or thick filters are quoted on site.
  4. Bundle. Add the Breath Clean Plan and get both plans for $699/year.
  5. Payment and auto-renewal. Your card on file is charged once a year on your enrollment anniversary date. We will text you 14 days before every renewal charge. The plan has a 12-month term and renews automatically each year until you cancel.
  6. No refunds. All payments are non-refundable. The single exception: if you cancel within 3 days of a renewal charge and no cleaning has been performed yet under that renewal, we will refund that charge in full.
  7. Cancellation. Cancel anytime by calling or texting (440) 305-0071. Cancellation stops all future renewal charges.
  8. Scheduling and access. We contact you to schedule each cleaning. One free reschedule per visit with at least 24 hours notice. A missed appointment with no notice forfeits the free reschedule, and a $25 trip fee applies to rebook that visit.
  9. Service area. Lake County, Ohio and surrounding areas.
  10. Referral credits. $20 credit for each friend who enrolls on your referral.
  11. Credentials. Service is performed by an EPA 608 Certified technician. Brew Air Therapy LLC carries $1M in commercial general liability insurance.
  12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
