1. Payment Terms, Advance Materials & All Sales Final

  • Payment Upon Completion: The remaining service balance must be paid in full immediately upon completion of the service on the day of dispatch. Approved commercial accounts operate under Net 15 terms from invoice date.
  • Upfront Material Payment: For any service scheduled more than 24 hours in advance, all required job materials, chemical cleansers, and specialized supplies must be paid in full upfront immediately upon signing the working contract to confirm the dispatch date.
  • No Material Refunds: Payments for job materials, specialized formulas, and allocated supplies are strictly non-refundable once the contract is signed and supplies are allocated for your project.
  • All Sales Are Final: All completed cleaning services, dispatches, and material applications are strictly final. No refunds or partial returns are issued once service work has been performed on-site.
  • Professional Satisfaction Guarantee: Satisfaction guarantees and technical completion standards are determined strictly according to professional HVAC hygiene benchmarks and technical inspections, not subjective homeowner metrics. If a technical defect in service is identified, notify us within 48 hours for a complimentary re-inspection.

2. Scope of Non-Mechanical Maintenance & Cleaning

Brew Air Therapy LLC specializes strictly in residential and commercial non-mechanical HVAC hygiene, system decontaminations, blower fan extraction, coil pressure washing, internal vacuuming, and ductwork clearing.

Important Notice: We focus exclusively on deep system cleaning. Brew Air Therapy LLC performs zero technical repairs, electrical wiring troubleshooting, or mechanical part replacements. If internal mechanical or electrical faults are identified, clients are advised to contact a licensed mechanical contractor.

3. Site Access, Utilities & Commercial Logistics

  • Utility Access: Clients must ensure continuous electrical power, running water, and adequate working lighting are active and accessible on-site during the entire service window.
  • Work Area Clearance: Clients are required to clear a 3-foot perimeter around all furnace cabinets, indoor evaporator units, air handlers, and floor/wall registers prior to technician arrival. Brew Air Therapy LLC is not responsible for moving personal belongings or furniture.
  • Commercial & High-Rise Access: For multi-story commercial facilities or controlled-access properties, designated parking, loading dock access, and elevator clearance must be arranged prior to dispatch.
  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or appointment changes must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the dispatch window to avoid service reschedule fees.
  • Right to Refuse Service: Technicians reserve the right to decline or suspend service if severe structural hazards, active insect or pest infestations, uncontained hazardous materials, or unsafe working environments are encountered on-site.

4. Compliance, Pre-Existing Liability & Mold Notice

  • Compliance: Brew Air Therapy LLC is a fully registered Ohio LLC, compliant with state operational requirements, and bonded in Lake County.
  • Pre-Existing Conditions: Brew Air Therapy LLC is not liable for pre-existing mechanical failures, aging ductwork corrosion, loose electrical components, or system faults present prior to non-mechanical cleaning.
  • Environmental & Mold Notice: Non-mechanical hygiene services effectively clean dust, lint, and surface microbial buildup to restore airflow. However, this service does not constitute toxic mold abatement or environmental remediation.
  • Cleaning Cleansers: All chemical coil washes and sanitizing solutions are industry-standard products engineered specifically for HVAC coils and metal housings.

5. Documentation, On-Site Presence & Modifications

  • Service Documentation: Clients authorize technicians to take before-and-after photos or video logs of equipment and workspaces for quality control, service verification, and internal record-keeping.
  • Occupant Presence & Safety: An authorized adult (18+) must remain on-site during the entire service window. All pets and minors must be kept safely away from active extraction equipment, electrical cabinets, and chemical rinses.
  • Weather & Safety Rescheduling: Dispatches may be rescheduled without penalty in cases of severe weather, hazardous road conditions, or unmanageable site access risks.
  • Pre-Existing Equipment Defects: Brew Air Therapy LLC is not liable for unexpected structural failures, brittle plastic housings, or faulty wiring damaged due to age and pre-existing wear during standard non-mechanical cleaning.
  • Scope Modifications: Any additional units, registers, or services added on-site beyond the initial contract must be agreed upon and documented prior to performance.
